The Miracle Morning
Author: Hal Elrod
Publisher: Hal Elrod
Pages: 140
Summary:
What if you could miraculously wake up tomorrow and any—or every area of your life was transformed? What would be different? Would you be happier? Healthier? More successful? In better shape? Would you have more energy? Less Stress? More Money? Better relationships? Which of your problems would be solved?
What if I told you that there is a “not-so-obvious” secret that is guaranteed to transform any—or literally every area of your life, faster than you ever thought possible? What if I told you it would only take 6 minutes a day?
Enter The Miracle Morning. What’s now being practiced by thousands of people around the world could perhaps be the simplest approach to creating the life you’ve always wanted. It’s been right there in front of us, but this book has finally brought it to life.
Are you ready? The next chapter of your life—the most extraordinary life you’ve ever imagined—is about to begin.
YOU DESERVE AN EXTRAORDINARY LIFE. IT’S TIME TO WAKE UP TO YOUR FULL POTENTIAL.
My Thoughts:
I came across this book while I was watching bullet journaling videos on YouTube. I heard a couple people talking about some Miracle Morning they were doing and was wondering what the heck a Miracle Morning was! So of course I had to get on YouTube and search. I found a video of Hal Elrod speaking about it. I watched it and was instantly intrigued. It’s a pretty long video but I really enjoyed it. Plus, it will probably explain things WAY better than I can. Here it is:
The basic concept of this book is helping you create a morning routine that will help you be as successful as possible in every area of your life. He took ideas from what other successful people did each morning and packed it all into one. These ideas are called S.A.V.E.R.S.
S-Silence
A-affirmations
V-visualization
E-exercise
R-reading
S-scribing
Honestly the book probably could have been shortened and a lot of the information can be found in the video I linked above, but it does go a little more in depth on each of the S.A.V.E.R.S. in the book. Despite this, the idea of the Miracle Morning is a great concept that will definitely improve your life if you stick with it.
There’s also a Miracle Morning community on Facebook that you can join. It’s full of positive and supportive members. You can also find an accountability partner there if that’s something that you would like. My favorite tool though is Hal Elrod’s podcasts, “Achieve Your Goals with Hal Elrod”. There are all kinds of guests that speak on the podcast about a variety of topics concerning personal development. I enjoy listening to them while I clean but it would also be great to listen to while you run/workout etc. The only complaint I have is that sometimes I have to listen to it a second time so I can take notes! Haha. I find it to be very inspiring and motivating, you should definitely check it out.
Do you have anything in your morning routine that has changed your life for the better? Join me in participating in the Miracle Morning!
